Hey there! I'm Rot (he/it), and it looks like you've found my media log!

This is a casual personal project to attempt to log the media I engage with, movies, shows, games, books, etc! I love stories and love absorbing a wide variety and breaking down what I did and didn't like. Only issue is I also happen to have memory trouble, and I watch, play and read more than I can reasonably remember. This is where my media log comes in.

I've been keeping a log on letterboxd since January 2024, but it only covers movies. This is an attempt to expand my log into all the types of media I enjoy, as well as allowing for me to have a place I can more thoroughly log my thoughts in a way that isn't limited by letterboxd's review feature.

That is to say, the reviews you'll find on here aren't intended to be objective truths or anything like that. They're simply my opinions, my perspectives, and my own attempt to communicate to my future self what my view of the media I engaged with was when I can no longer remember it well. Or at least crack a joke to amuse myself.
